The Bible is the complete, inspired and infallible Word of God, to mankind. It is the final authority for Christian faith, worship and conduct (2 Timothy 3:15-16).
• In one Triune God: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. He is loving, holy and just (Deuteronomy 6:4, Matthew 28:19, Mark 12:29).
• That man was created sinless, for God said “Let us make man in our image, after our likeness” But man fell by sinning. Sin separates man from God and his only hope of redemption is in Jesus Christ the Son of God (Genesis 1:26-31, 3:1-7, Isaiah 59:2, 1 Romans 5:12-21).
• That Jesus Christ is both God and Man. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of a virgin, taking upon Himself human nature with its demands and necessities and identifying Himself completely with mankind yet without sin. We believe He accomplished our redemption through His death on the Cross and through His precious atoning blood as a substitutionary sacrifice for our sins. Today, He is seated at the right hand of the Father our High Priest and Mediator (Isaiah 9:6, Matthew 1:8-25, Psalm 110:1, Hebrews 8:6, 9.15).
• We believe that salvation (regeneration, sanctification, justification, and redemption) has been provided for all mankind through the redemptive work of Jesus Christ, and that this salvation can be obtained only through repentance toward God and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ. There is no salvation apart from personal faith in Jesus Christ as Lord (Romans 10.13-15).
• We believe that biblical mode of baptism is immersion and is a symbol of the cleansing power of God and a testimony of our faith in the Lord Jesus Christ (Matthew 28:19, Acts 10:47-48, Romans 6:4).
• That the Holy Communion, consisting of the elements, bread and the fruit of the wine is a celebration of Jesus’ death and our remembrance of Him. It is enjoined on all believers until He returns (1 Corinthians 11:23-26).
• That the Holy Spirit is our Comforter. He guides us in all areas of our lives. He also blesses us with spiritual gifts and empowers us to yield the fruit of the Spirit. Believers should earnestly seek the baptism in the Holy Ghost and fire. (John 14:18, Acts 1.4, John 15:26, 1 Corinthians 12:1-31, Acts 1:4-8).
• The evidence of speaking in other tongues (1 Corinthians 12:4-10, 28).
• That without holiness no man shall see the Lord. Thus the entire sanctification is the will of God for all saints, and should be resolutely pursued by walking in obedience to God’s Word (Hebrews 12 14, 1 Peter 1:14-16).
• That God heals divinely till this day. It is a privilege of all believers (Exodus 15:26, Isaiah 53:4-5, Matthew 8:16-17).
• The resurrection of the death (John 5:28-29).
• That we are called to preach the gospel to all nations (Mark 16:15).
• That our Lord Jesus Christ is coming back again just as He promised. We believe that God will judge all mankind by Jesus Christ; that He will reward the righteous with eternal life in heaven, and that He will banish the unrighteous to everlasting punishment in hell (John 14:3, 2 Peter 3:13 Revelation 19:20, 20:10-15).
• The Statement of what we believe does not exhaust the extent of our faith. The Bible itself is the only and final source of all that we believe. We do believe, however, that the foregoing Statement of Faith accurately represents the teaching of the Bible, and therefore, is binding on all members.
